Pool is for the sole use of homeowners and their guests.\u00a0 You must be present and responsible for any guests you invite to the pool.\u00a0 All minors must be accompanied by an adult.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • NO<\/strong> LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  • NO<\/strong> DIVING.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • NO<\/strong> HORSEPLAY\/RUNNING IN OR AROUND THE POOL.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • NO <\/strong>BEVERAGES IN GLASS CONTAINERS.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • NO <\/strong>DOGS OR ANY OTHER PETS IN THE POOL. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  • NO <\/strong>SILLY STRING, WATER BALLOONS OR <\/strong>PINA<\/strong>TAS<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • THE ASSOCIATION ASSUMES NO RISK FOR ANY ITEMS LEFT AT THE POOL. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  • REMOVE AND TAKE ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS WHEN YOU LEAVE.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • KEEP NOISE DOWN TO A MINIMUM; YOU HAVE NEIGHBORS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE POOL.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • KEEP THE <\/strong>POOL<\/strong> AREA<\/strong> CLEAN. THERE IS NO TRASH <\/strong>COLL<\/strong>ECTION SERVICE. IF YOU PACK IT IN \u2013YOU MUST PACK IT OUT<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • ALL SWIMMERS: TURN OFF ALL THE POOL LIGHTS AS YOU LEAVE<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • POLARIS <\/strong>POOL<\/strong> VAC MUST BE CONNECTED AND IN THE POOL BEFORE LEAVING<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • POOL<\/strong> HOURS ARE <\/strong>7:00 AM \u2013 11:00 PM<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Failure to abide by these rules could result in suspension of pool privileges.<\/strong><\/p>\n
