{"id":642,"date":"2021-09-14T17:05:16","date_gmt":"2021-09-15T00:05:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/postoakforest.com\/web\/?page_id=642"},"modified":"2026-03-27T03:36:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T08:36:07","slug":"post-oak-forest-dues","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/postoakforest.com\/web\/post-oak-forest-dues\/","title":{"rendered":"-Post Oak Forest Dues"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>WELCOME TO POST OAK FOREST AND THE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>POST OAK FOREST HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A Note about the Services We Provide and Our<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Monthly Assessments (formerly called \u201cdues\u201d)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We are pleased that you\u2019ve chosen to live in our community!<\/p>\n<p>Our Association provides important services to our community of town houses.\u00a0 We maintain the common grounds including the greenery in the front of our homes and the forested areas surrounding them.\u00a0 We hire a groundskeeper who attends to our common property weekly.\u00a0 The volunteer grounds committee supervises his work.\u00a0 Our Association and a volunteer team of residents ensure the pool is safe for our use and well maintained. Our monthly assessments also pay for community utilities including water on a portion of our grounds, electricity charges for the streetlights, and pool and common property liability.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our Association current monthly assessment (formerly called \u201cdues\u201d) is $154.35 per month (rate effective January 2026) and is due on the first of the month.
