Meeting was <\/span><span id=\"E386\">called to order at <\/span><span id=\"E387\">7:<\/span><span id=\"E388\">05<\/span><span id=\"E389\"> <\/span><span id=\"E390\">PM. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E392\" class=\"qowt-stl-Default x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E393\">Attendees were <\/span><span id=\"E394\">Kim To<\/span><span id=\"E395\">lman<\/span><span id=\"E396\">,<\/span><span id=\"E397\"> <\/span><span id=\"E398\">Stacy Light<\/span><span id=\"E399\">, <\/span><span id=\"E400\">Jack Benson,<\/span><span id=\"E401\"> <\/span><span id=\"E402\">Cherie Cotner,<\/span><span id=\"E403\"> Kenneth Johse and Laine Totah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E405\" class=\"qowt-stl-Default x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E406\">The September minutes were approved as posted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E408\" class=\"qowt-stl-Default x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E409\">Treasurer Report: Kenneth reported financials were all in line. He noted we should be receiving some overdue HOA dues and transfer fees this month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E413\" class=\"qowt-stl-Default x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E414\">Grounds Report: Tom met with Antonio concerning next year&#8217;s fees for landscaping. Antonio noted that he will need additional man hours to get the work done as he does a lot of extra things in our neighborhood. The board discussed a number of options that could reduce this need including installing sprinkler timers that would make the watering more automated, reducing the bagging of leaves in the fall, blowing off carports only when leaves are heavy, etc. The board agreed to give Tom the authority to speak to Antonio to come up with proposals that could work. We would like to keep any increase in line with an amount that would be covered by a 5% dues increase. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E417\" class=\"qowt-stl-Default x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E418\">Architectural Control Committee: Unit #7 has submitted a proposal to install a small mini split on the back side of the home as this is the spot the contractor needs to put it to cool the area needed. Kenneth made a motion to approve, Kim seconded. The board approved. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E421\" class=\"qowt-stl-Default x-scope qowt-word-para-0\"><span id=\"E422\">Pool: Pool has been closed for the season.
