Post Oak Forest<\/span> HOA<\/span> board meeting was held<\/span> November 3<\/span>, 2024<\/span>. Meeting was <\/span>called to order at <\/span>7:10<\/span> <\/span>PM. <\/span><\/p>\n

Attendees were <\/span>Kim To<\/span>lman<\/span>, Matt Henderson, <\/span>Cherie Cotner,<\/span> Kenneth Johse, Julius Gribou and Laine Totah.<\/span><\/p>\n

The October minutes were approved as posted.<\/span><\/p>\n

Treasurer Report: Kenneth reported that we received transfer fees and resale certificate fees this month. He noted HOA dues are all up to date. Kenneth will put together a budget for 2025 and have it ready for the December meeting. At that time we will discuss any increase in dues that we think is necessary. The board has the ability to increase up to 5% without homeowner vote. <\/span><\/p>\n

Grounds Report: Tom was not at the meeting but he had previously noted that Antonio grounds keeping costs will increase in 2025. He will be asked to give final numbers to the board to review prior to Kenneth inclusion in the budget. <\/span><\/p>\n

Architectural Control Committee: Unit #7 small mini split installation on the back side of the home is in process. Unit #14 has a number of maintenance issues. The owner has been contacted. Julius will discuss white rocks on two homes with the owners. Unit #10 has submitted a request to take in a portion of the back patio to expand the kitchen. Julius is waiting on more information from the owner to review. Unit #32 request for renovations is under review by the committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Next meeting <\/span>dates<\/span>: December 8. <\/span><\/p>\n
