{"id":1028,"date":"2025-02-03T19:21:04","date_gmt":"2025-02-04T01:21:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/postoakforest.com\/web\/?p=1028"},"modified":"2025-03-02T17:21:53","modified_gmt":"2025-03-02T23:21:53","slug":"february-2-2025-post-oak-forest-hoa-board-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/postoakforest.com\/web\/2025\/02\/february-2-2025-post-oak-forest-hoa-board-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"February 2, 2025 Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Post Oak Forest Homeowners Association board meeting was held on February<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>2, 2025 by Zoom Meeting. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Meeting was called to order at 7:06pm. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">9 Attendees:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Kim Tolman, Carla Cozad, Matt Henderson, Cherie Cotner, Kenneth Jose, Stacy Light, Don Lipkin, Julius Gribou, Jack Benson<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">The January 12th minutes were approved with no corrections.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">The board voted unanimously for the following officers for the coming year. Kim Tolman -President , Jack Benson -VP, Kenneth Johse- Treasurer, Carla Cozad- Secretary <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Treasurer Report- Kenneth reported that there are 3 delinquencies this month. He suggested that Kim Tolman send an email reminding everyone that they can pay the year of monthly assessments all at once or monthly by the 10th of the month. The new monthly assessment is $147 as of January 2025. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Jack Benson reminded us that all 2025 board members who are officers must go to Prosperity Bank and sign the signature card for Post Oak Forest HOA account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Grounds Report- <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">The board voted for the following committee chair and members. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Tom Light -Chairman, <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Donal Antill -Tree trimming <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Debra Ware and Liz Hamff &#8211; Sprinkler System <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">HOA is going to replace the white rocks in front of #21 &amp;#29.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The HOA will return the rocks to the homeowner but they cannot be used on HOA property. The homeowner only owns a 40\u2019 x 80\u2019 plot and the rest is owned by the POF HOA. No changes can be made without HOA approval. Antonio and his crew will do the work. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">It is noted that storing items on the<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>common property beyond the 40\u2019 x 80\u2019 lots is not allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Architectural Committee <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Chairman &#8211; Julius Gribou<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Don Lipkin, Kathy Gribou and Carol Benson are committee members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">All were voted in unanimously during meeting. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Julius reported that #8 Wants to put Hardiplank in place of cedar planks that need replacing. That is an approved material.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Pool Committee- <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">John Karle#5 voted in as Chair and two members of committee are looking for ways to save money on the pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Kim Tolman and Carla Cozad were approved as committee members \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Meeting adjourned at 7:49pm<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Next board meeting of POST OAK FOREST HOA will be SUNDAY, March 2, 2025 \u00a0at 7:00pm by Zoom meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Post Oak Forest Homeowners Association board meeting was held on February\u00a0 2, 2025 by Zoom Meeting.
