Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting \u00a0was called to order on Sunday, May 4th, 2025 at 7:00pm by Zoom.<\/p>\n
Attendees were Kim Tolman, Kenneth Johse, Stacy Light, Tom Light, Cherie Cotner, Don Lipkin, Jack Benson and Carla Cozad.<\/p>\n
The minutes from March and April were motioned and seconded with no changes. \u00a0Approval was unanimous.<\/p>\n
Treasurer’s Report: Kenneth Johse is ready to cut a check to Antonio for the \u00a0 grounds improvements and planting totaling $10,370. \u00a0We are expecting $5,000 back for City of College Station as part of the beautification grant. \u00a0Submission of the paperwork will be done by Tres. Kenneth Johse and noted by Tom Light that it is time sensitive.<\/p>\n
Ground’s Report: A huge thank you to \u00a0Tom Light and Antonio’s crew for successfully completing the grounds improvement project throughout the neighborhood. \u00a0Limbs on path to the pool will be removed and the very tall grass behind the pool shed needs to be cut by the grounds crew.<\/p>\n
Stacy Light reported that Amanda & Jason Johnston #30 have volunteered to help keep batteries and secure the memory cards in the neighborhood security cameras.<\/p>\n
City of CS was called regarding a water leak in street next to unit #32. \u00a0Leak was repaired and re-paving is forthcoming.<\/p>\n

The Pool Report:<\/p>\n
The pool is due to open soon. \u00a0All equipment will have it’s yearly maintenance check up that it is in proper working order before the start of swimming season. \u00a0The plastic roofing that provides shade by the pool needs to be taken down as it is in bad shape after the hail storm. \u00a0We will talk further if we want to provide shade in a similar or another material.<\/p>\n
Architectural Control Committee: \u00a0No Report<\/p>\n
New Business: \u00a0Kim will order the replacement 25″ Polycarbonate Acorn globes for Street lamps from Lightbulbsurplus.com.<\/p>\n
Several street lights need new bulbs. \u00a0Kim will get Antonio to put in new bulbs.<\/p>\n
Next board meeting for POF\/HOA will be Sunday, June 1st at 7pm by Zoom.<\/p>\n
