The meeting for POF HOA Board came to order on Sunday, August 3, 2025 at 7pm.<\/p>\n
Attendees: \u00a0Kim Tolman, Cherie Cotner, Stacy Light, Tom Light, Kenneth Johse, Don Lipkin, Julius Gribou, and Carla Cozad.<\/p>\n
Minutes of last board meeting were approved with corrections to names of Jack Benson and Don Lipkin.<\/p>\n
Treasurer’s Report: \u00a0We have received the $5,o00 in Beautification Grant monies from the City of College Station \u00a0and is reflected in the balance of our accounts. \u00a0$29,250 Checking Balance and $24,796 in Savings.<\/p>\n
Grounds Report: \u00a0Antonio is going to work another 30 minutes and this will be an increase in his salary. \u00a0May do some tree trimming in the Fall but is yet to be determined. \u00a0Some street lights are still not working. \u00a0Need an accounting of which lights are out so we can replace.<\/p>\n
Pool Report: \u00a0The wooden arbor and fence around pool needs an inspection as someone has reported that it is leaning.<\/p>\n
Architectural Report: \u00a0Julius reports that most roofs have been replaced from the hail damage in March 2025. \u00a0All are the correct color of shingles.<\/p>\n
Stacy Light suggests that we might need to update our Christmas decorations as they are very old. \u00a0She will check prices on new items.<\/p>\n
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45pm.<\/p>\n
Next meeting will be September 14th at the home of Don and Jane Lipkin.<\/p>\n
