Sunday, September 14, 2025 POF, HOA Board Meeting was called to order at 7:21pm from the home of Don and Jane Lipkin, 19 Forest Dr.<\/p>\n
Attendees were Don Lipkins, Kim Tolman, Cherie Cotner , Kenneth Johse, Julius Gribou, with Stacy Light and Carla Cozad attending by Zoom. \u00a0Also in attendance were Alan Needleman, Jane Lipkin and Tom Light.<\/p>\n
The Minutes of our last meeting, August 5th, 2025 were approved.<\/p>\n
Kenneth Johse-Financial Report<\/p>\n
Our monthly maintenance is in line with our expenses. \u00a0We have collected 75% of our annual budget. \u00a0We have $28,000 in reserves.<\/p>\n
Tom Light- Grounds Report<\/p>\n
The street by the mailbox had a water leak. It was repaired. \u00a0 City farms out repairs of the streets so finishing it will take a while.<\/p>\n
There was also a gas leak at #3 which was done by Atmos Energy. \u00a0They fixed the leak and repaired the driveway.<\/p>\n
We have dedicated 4 days to tree trimming in POF. \u00a0An email was sent to the owners to see if they had any special needs when the tree trimmer is here. \u00a0He will be working 4 days.<\/p>\n
Kim Tolman- Pool Report<\/p>\n
The pool needs a few patches in the plaster. \u00a0Getting bids for this.<\/p>\n
Architectural Committee-Julius Gribou<\/p>\n
Stacy & Tom Light are going to replace their roof and add new siding.<\/p>\n
The meeting was adjourned and our next meeting is October 5, 2025\/<\/p>\n
