{"id":1145,"date":"2026-03-27T03:26:49","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T08:26:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/postoakforest.com\/web\/?p=1145"},"modified":"2026-03-27T03:26:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T08:26:49","slug":"post-oak-forest-homeowners-board-meeting-march-22-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/postoakforest.com\/web\/2026\/03\/post-oak-forest-homeowners-board-meeting-march-22-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Post Oak Forest Homeowners Board Meeting -March 22, 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><\/div>\n<div>* Call to order, confirm quorum by Don Lipkin, President<\/div>\n<div>The Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was called to order at 7:08pm.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Present were Don Lipkin-President, Rhonda Watson-VP, Julius Gribou, Kim Tolman, Cherie Cotner, Stacy Light (Zoom), Tom Light (Zoom) and Carla Cozad- Secretary (Zoom).<\/div>\n<div>A quorum was confirmed.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Absent were Kenneth Johse-Treasurer and Alan Needleman.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>* Review and approve\/minutes of last meeting.<\/div>\n<div>The minutes of the February meeting were approved as posted on the POF HOA website.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>* Reports<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 &#8211; Executive (Don) &#8212; none today<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 &#8211; Finance (Ken) No finance report.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 &#8211; Architectural Control Committee by Julius Gribou-<\/div>\n<div>#4 &amp;#2 roofs are almost finished as per the HOA guidelines.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 &#8211; Grounds Committee by Tom Light-<\/div>\n<div>The area behind #10 to #17 was cleaned today. \u00a0Leaves were removed and the path for runoff that was dug a couple of years ago was cleared.<\/div>\n<div>Antonio&#8217;s crew will continue to clean behind all units over the next 3 Mondays. \u00a0A notice by email will need to be sent to advise homeowners of this. \u00a0(Carla)<\/div>\n<div>The planted area behind #25 that was damaged during construction will be restored at the expense of the owners.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 -Pool committee report by Kim Tolman-<\/div>\n<div>The path lighting on way to pool needs to be fixed. \u00a0Kim is calling Lance the electrician for a bid to fix.<\/div>\n<div>In early may, when pool cover comes off, Sunshine Pools will give us a bid on any maintenance needed for the pool and the pool equipment.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>* Old business<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 &#8211; did we pay webmaster (Ken)?<\/div>\n<div>Ken confirmed by email that we paid our webmaster his yearly fee of $75.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0did we get names and phone numbers of the 4 renters from our owners?<\/div>\n<div>Carla is still working on getting the names of the 4 renter from our owners.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>* New business<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0&#8211; need to appoint Nominating Committee (chair\u00a0+ 2 members)<\/div>\n<div>A nominating committee was formed consisting of Stacy Light and Cherie Cotner for any future vacancies of the POF HOA Board. \u00a0One more person will need will need to volunteer. \u00a0Stacy will follow up with a few of our residents for the position.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Board meetings set for 2026:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 April 12<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 May 3<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 June 7,<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 July skip<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 August 2<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 September 20<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 October 18<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 November 15<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 December 6<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 January 3, 2027<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 January 17, 2027 -Annual Homeowners Meeting<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>There was a motion and seconded to adjourn at 7:44pm.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>* Call to order, confirm quorum by Don Lipkin, President The Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was called to order at 7:08pm.
