More expenses due to work for monthly maintenance items and repairs.\u00a0 Budget looks healthy and on target for proposed 2012 expenses.\u00a0 It is requested that homeowners supply proper documentation for reimbursable expenses.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Grounds Committee report-<\/span>Dog poop is turning up on community property.\u00a0 The next newsletter can remind homeowners to clean up after their pets.\u00a0 15 mile per hour speed limit sign is not being acknowledged by some in the community.\u00a0 Kim recently reminded offenders via email.\u00a0 Excessive parking is also an issue.\u00a0 Pool path gravel is on order.\u00a0 Entrance signs are in need of paint.\u00a0 Cydney made a recommendation for painting.\u00a0 It was suggested to redo the sign vs painting over the existing sign.\u00a0 The Board approved to have Robert design a new sign and have it painted-adding home address numbers.\u00a0 Design and estimate pending.\u00a0 Irrigation is an ongoing project.\u00a0 Proposed zero landscaping\/native plants for weedy areas.\u00a0 Roads information is still being gathered and analyzed.\u00a0 Kim provided mosquito dunks for standing water.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Website<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pictures to include and how- As content on the page or a photo gallery?<\/li>\n<li>specific pages we want to include on the new home page &#8211; he&#8217;s already created pages based on content from the current website, but do we want anything more or different<\/li>\n<li>listserve-no go<\/li>\n<li>email address-best usages- board@ and treasurer@<\/li>\n<li>access to pdf documents-roster, ballot, proxy<\/li>\n<li>logo design- perhaps using the POF sign as a graphic image&#8230;who would do that work?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Neighborhood-<\/span>Owners of 33 moved in.\u00a0 14 closed March 28.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Misc.-<\/span>All communication regarding issues that relate to Board policy must come from the Board.\u00a0 New harassment policies address Board etiquette and decorum related to how you engage fellow community members.<\/p>\n<p>Next months meeting will be on May 8<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Meeting adjourned at 8:21pm<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PostOak ForestBoard Meeting \u00a0April 3, 2012 \u00a0Present: Kim, Eleanor, Bob, Cydney, Carol, Rhonda, Tim \u00a0Meeting was called to order at 7:14pm \u00a0Minutes were read and approved \u00a0Agenda: treasurer&#8217;s report grounds committee report update on the webpage neighbor info \u00a0Treasurer\u2019s report Still working on QuickBooks.
