\nFilled out appropriate sale forms for Prescott\u2019s former residence.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Doing well with savings and checking with a positive outlook for achieving strategic capital projects.\u00a0 Dues are all current.<\/p>\n
Delinquent homeowners
\nAll dues are current.\u00a0 There continues to be a pattern of late payments.\u00a0 Liens are easy to file with the county clerk.\u00a0 Fees are nominal.\u00a0 It was proposed that at the 6 month mark of delinquency we file a lien.\u00a0 All home sales require a clean slate from the POF HOA.
\nProcedure to file-Print form from website, fill it out, $20 for first page and $4 for subsequent pages. \u00a0It was proposed that at the 6 month mark we file a lien.\u00a0 It was moved and approved.<\/p>\n
Pool
\nAggieland did pool repair in 2007 and when Kim tried to contact them, found it out of business.\u00a0 Thomas Pool visited last week.\u00a0 With a private pool, that\u2019s old, which requires a key to swim, it\u2019s ok to install in a shut off valve when sensing a change in pressure.\u00a0 This causes a release of whatever is caught.\u00a0 Even installing the correct cover requires replacement every 3 years.\u00a0 Auto-shut off is preferred method of fixing the problem.\u00a0 Scuba diver is required to install.\u00a0 Diving prevents the draining of the pool.\u00a0 We will review finances.\u00a0 Bob moves that we install a new drain cover and shut off valve.\u00a0 Motion was approved.<\/p>\n
Roads
\nHoping to defer the project one more year.<\/p>\n
For Sale signs
\nBoard approved permitting \u201cfor sale\u201d signs.\u00a0 As long as it\u2019s on the homeowner\u2019s 40X80.\u00a0 It was brought to our attention that signs are bothersome but after discussion it was decided that current signage is within POF regulations.<\/p>\n
Trees
\nThere is an apparent dying tree at the entry to the property.\u00a0 Carol spoke with Antonio and he planned to take it out when he\u2019s not as busy-close to fall.\u00a0 Joyce moved to have the tree taken down. Motion was approved. Grounds committee will facilitate the removal.<\/p>\n
