{"id":260,"date":"2014-04-22T19:17:01","date_gmt":"2014-04-23T02:17:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/postoakforest.com\/web\/?p=260"},"modified":"2014-04-22T19:17:01","modified_gmt":"2014-04-23T02:17:01","slug":"nov-2013-minutes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/postoakforest.com\/web\/2014\/04\/nov-2013-minutes\/","title":{"rendered":"Nov. 2013 minutes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Monday 11\/11\/13 @ 7:00pm at 17 Forest Drive<\/p>\n<p>Attendance: Rhonda, Kim, Carol, Joyce, Bob, Eleanor<\/p>\n<p>Meeting was called to order at 7:10pm<\/p>\n<p>September minutes were read and approved.<\/p>\n<p>Agenda<\/p>\n<p>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Year to date Oct. 2013 budget and financial summary was distributed and reviewed<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Quick Books has not been implemented as POFs accounting software.\u00a0 Eleanor wants a systematized approach to balancing the budget, collecting dues, capital projects, bill paying, etc. especially since she will be handing off the Treasurer\u2019s duties by June of next year (2014).\u00a0 She will try to work with Laura but if she\u2019s not available, hiring help is the next option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ground \u00a0Report<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Antonio\u2019s bonus will be $500 given in a holiday card-it was moved and approved unanimously<\/li>\n<li>Carol will remind him to lock the pool gate once the ground maintenance is complete.<\/li>\n<li>Dying tree has been removed that was discussed in last meeting<\/li>\n<li>Significant water is standing around#6 and #7.\u00a0 Is it a meter issue?\u00a0 A plumber looked and a leak has not been detected for any of the meters.\u00a0 Carol will ask Antonio to dig a narrow trench to move water away from soggy ground.\u00a0 Grace Ann will call a plumber for further investigation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pool<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Divers from The Pool Guy came today (11\/11\/13) and completed worked on shut off valve and cover.\u00a0 Leak has been repaired.\u00a0 Filter apparatus was not replaced.\u00a0 Electrician did work on meter (secured wires into meter, case for meter, relieved POF of the paying for the businesses security lights). We have a brand new meter that controls POF.\u00a0 We are in compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Sand between bricks that lead to the patio is washing out. \u00a0Grounds committee will facilitate a solution with landscaping contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Batteries could cause a short circuit with the timed sprinklers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Misc.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Due to the upcoming vacancies and with the busy schedules of current Board members, it was discussed and we will propose to the community, consideration for reducing the number of POF HOA Board members.<\/li>\n<li>The Annual Meeting needs to be planned and an agenda sent by early December.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meeting adjourned at 8:17pm<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monday 11\/11\/13 @ 7:00pm at 17 Forest Drive Attendance: Rhonda, Kim, Carol, Joyce, Bob, Eleanor Meeting was called to order at 7:10pm September minutes were read and approved.
