Mtg."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>January 6, 2015<\/p>\n<p>Post Oak Forest HOA meeting<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Participants: Kim Tolman, Tim Rabroker, Carol Scamardo, Laura Doskocil, Karen Dixon, Rhonda Watson, Joyce Birdwell and Antonio Garcia, Laura Hendler and Laine Totah<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meeting called to order at 7:06pm<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Agenda:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/p>\n<p>Three (3) home owners are reimbursed for street lights: \u00a0#10, #17 and #26.\u00a0 This year #26 will not be reimbursed due to home renovation and the street light not being used.<\/p>\n<p>Due to mail mix up December 2014 dues for # 34 have not been paid.\u00a0 Antonio has tried to contact her via letter\/s.\u00a0 We agreed to pay the stop payment fee should that become necessary.\u00a0 Otherwise all assessments are current.<\/p>\n<p>It was motioned and seconded that the 2015 budget be approved and presented at the 2015 annual meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The 2015 proposed budget will be emailed to Kim by next Tuesday (Jan. 13) and forwarded to homeowners in advance of the annual meeting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Common grounds<\/p>\n<p>The issue with the Colliers regarding relocating their A\/C unit to their property and off the common grounds has been resolved.\u00a0 The Totah\u2019s still have a storage unit on common grounds.<\/p>\n<p>This matter has caused discussion around common ground usage, specifically storage units.\u00a0 The Grounds Committee can explore options.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bylaws<\/p>\n<p>Homeowner\u2019s using their homes as rental property is still being discussed.\u00a0 There\u2019s an understanding that the city ordinance states that using POF homes as rental property is not permitted (no one is registered as a B&amp;B or collecting short term rent).\u00a0 Our by-laws state that no more than 2 unrelated people can occupy a home however there is no time stipulation.\u00a0 It is proposed POF HOA send a letter to all vacation rental property managers, the homeowners and real estate companies.\u00a0 How do we inforce this concern?
