Kim called the meeting to order at 7:13pm at #17.<\/p>\n

Old Business<\/u><\/p>\n
Minutes from January 2015 Annual meeting were read and approved.<\/p>\n

Treasurer\u2019s report<\/u><\/p>\n
Antonio circulated POF account history and proposed budget.\u00a0 He pointed out balance, expense and capital improvements and asked for questions.<\/p>\n

Grounds report- Carol Scarmado<\/u><\/p>\n
Trees were removed and maintained.\u00a0 Won\u2019t put in too many new things this coming year.\u00a0 Careful of underground pipes when planting.\u00a0 Will add jipsum to soil to loosen up as clay soil is difficult.\u00a0 No major projects are planned.<\/p>\n

New Business<\/p>\n
New folders for community homeowners were distributed (renters receive an amended version).\u00a0 Kim went through the contents of the folders, pointed out the community rules, reviewed and asked for questions.<\/p>\n

Miscellaneous<\/u><\/p>\n
Roads-Tom reiterated that $30-35K would level low spots, address sunken curbs, sealing large cracks, and coating of road surface.<\/p>\n
It was proposed we consider selling a 40×80 (or several) to increase the value of our properties.\u00a0 A vote was taken on whether or not a majority wanted to pursue this interest.\u00a0 It was declined.<\/p>\n
