Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held January 10, 2017. Meeting was called to order at 7:15 PM.<\/p>\n

Attendees were Kim Tolman, Carol Scamardo, Tom Ostrowski, Antonio Garcia, Laura Hendler, and Laine Totah.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Agenda for annual meeting:<\/strong> The annual homeowners meeting will be next Tuesday, January 17. We will send an email on Thursday that includes a ballot, agenda, budget, and roster. There will be three new board members to vote on: Kenneth Johse, Debra Ware, and Jack Benson.<\/p>\n Kim Tolman, Rhonda Watson, and Joyce Birdwell will be dropping off.<\/p>\n We will also include a vote to reduce the number of board members from 9 to 7. This will need a two thirds approval from all homeowners.<\/p>\n We will continue to ask for people to serve on the various committees.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Treasury Report:<\/strong> Antonio provided his treasury report which included a new budget for 2017. \u00a0Kim made a motion to approve the budget, Laine seconded and the budget was approved.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Road:<\/strong> Tom reported on the road project. It’s estimated to start at the end of the first-quarter.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n HOA Dues:<\/strong><\/p>\n We discussed raising the monthly dues 5%. This is allowed in the bylaws without a homeowner vote. The board voted to go ahead and raise monthly dues by $4.50, the allowed 5%. This will be effective February 1st. Laine made a motion to approve, Laura\u00a0 seconded.
