Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held February 11, 2018. Meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Attendees were Kenneth Johse, Jack Benson, Carol Scamardo, David Hicks, Cherie Cotner,Tom Ostrowski and Laine Totah.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1. \u00a0\u00a0NEW BOARD:\u00a0 All officers were reappointed to same positions by unanimous vote. \u00a0\u00a0Laine will send out new directory with new officers and updated resident information.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>2.\u00a0 \u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 Tom suggested that grounds crew even out leaves by unit 34 during this current time when grounds work is slower. Carol will \u00a0mention this to Antonio.\u00a0 Cherie volunteered to contact the building owners in the front of the neighborhood to see their thoughts on adding shrubs and plants to the front entrance area that is their property.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3. \u00a0\u00a0TREASURER REPORT: \u00a0We are still on track with the budget and have paid all sign and road invoices except $1,500 bill.\u00a0 We discussed raising dues and also having a set emergency fund.\u00a0 No action taken at this time.\u00a0 Kenneth will research by-laws to determine what would need to be done for a special assessment if we needed one in the future.\u00a0 Jack will research if we are covered by our insurance policy if any homeowners sued the HOA for any reason.\u00a0 They will report back on these issues at the next meeting.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>ROAD REPAIR AND SIGN STATUS:\u00a0 Work has been completed.\u00a0 Laine has filed all the documentation with the city to get the $10,000 reimbursement from the beautification grant.\u00a0 It will take approximately 6 weeks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>5.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 Plans for #18 approved.\u00a0 No other outstanding submittals. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>6.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>REVIEW OF BY-<\/span>LAWS:\u00a0 Still in review<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>7.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>FUTURE PROJECTS:\u00a0 still looking at pump house repair, sprinklers repair and tree trimming for 2018.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
