Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held March 4, 2018. Meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Attendees were Kenneth Johse, John Cozad, Carol Scamardo, David Hicks, Tom Ostrowski and Laine Totah.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>1. \u00a0\u00a0TREASURY REPORT:\u00a0 Kenneth requested board permission to look into different banks for the POF accounts.\u00a0 Checks from Prosperity have been late and lost in the last few months.\u00a0 The board OK\u2019d getting information from other banks.\u00a0 We also discussed sending out notices on HOA dues next year since there were three owners who forgot to send dues in January.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>2.\u00a0 \u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 Antonio will be putting out mulch in the subdivision in the next few weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>3.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 Unit 32 is requesting approval to add wood boards to rear patio.\u00a0 Committee will look into this.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>NEWSLETTER:\u00a0 Cherie has volunteered to prepare a quarterly newsletter for POF. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>PENDING ITEMS:\u00a0 Still looking into reviewing by-laws and CCR\u2019s.\u00a0 We would like to be able to fine owners who are in violation of rules.\u00a0 We are also still looking into repairing the pool house, fixing sprinklers and trimming trees as necessary next year.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
