Meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Attendees were Jack Benson, Kenneth Johse, John Cozad, Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner, Tom Ostrowski and Laine Totah.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1. \u00a0\u00a0POOL HOUSE ROOF REPAIR:\u00a0 Tom received bids from Raymonds Roofing for pool house.\u00a0 Option to fix all issues including roof and ventilation was $2,050.\u00a0 Jack made a motion to contract the work at this bid price. Kenneth seconded. Board voted and approved.\u00a0 Tom will schedule the work with the contractor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">2.\u00a0 \u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 Carol and Tom received a quote from tree trimmer to get tree work done.\u00a0 Cost would be $100 per hour and work will take 2 or 2 \u00bd days \u2013 cost should be around $2,000.\u00a0 This money was already budgeted. Laine made a motion to begin the work, John seconded.\u00a0 Board approved work to begin. Tom will schedule the work.\u00a0 Mulching of all grounds areas is continuing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 Roof work is ongoing on numerous units and the committee has approved all submittals.\u00a0 Submittal for water repair damage on number 26 has been submitted and awaiting approval.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">POOL OPENING AND MAINTENANCE:\u00a0 Laine presented options from The Pool Guy to maintain the pool twice a week during swimming season.\u00a0 The cost is $105 per week.\u00a0 Jack made a motion to go ahead with contracting pool maintenance and Cherie seconded.\u00a0 Board approved.\u00a0 Laine will contact the pool company to set opening of pool for May 15 and closure for September 6 and contract them to do the twice a week maintenance during this time.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span dir=\"LTR\">REVIEW OF POF LIABIL<\/span>ITY INSURANCE: Jack received the current insurance policy.\u00a0 Kenneth, Jack and Tom reviewed our current policy and also received other quotes to compare with.\u00a0 The review is ongoing.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">OTHER ITEMS:\u00a0 Tom brought up whether we need to raise HOA dues to cover pool maintenance and start building funds for future repair items.\u00a0 Board decided we would raise dues the allowed 5% in January.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span>Meeting adjourned 8:20 .
