Meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Attendees were Jack Benson, Kenneth Johse, John Cozad, Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner, Tom Ostrowski, David Hicks, Debra Ware and Laine Totah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1. \u00a0\u00a0POOL HOUSE ROOF REPAIR:\u00a0 Tom received bids from Raymonds Roofing for pool house.\u00a0 Option to fix all issues including roof and ventilation was $2,050.\u00a0 Board has approved, waiting on contractor to schedule the work.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">2.\u00a0 \u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 All tree trimming work was done.\u00a0 Cost was $2,000.\u00a0 Asian jasmine in front esplanade is not coming back in.\u00a0 It appears landscaper cut it back too much during the renovation.\u00a0 Tom will send an email requesting that this be replanted. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 Roof work is ongoing on numerous units and the committee has approved all submittals.\u00a0 Submittal for water repair damage on number 26 has been submitted and approved.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">POOL:\u00a0 The board voted to no longer allow the pool to be reserved by a homeowner.\u00a0 The season is short and regular pool closings are not amicable to all other owners who would like use of the pool \u2013 especially during core weekend hours.\u00a0 We are still planning to close for the season September 6. \u00a0\u00a0The board also voted to have pool hours from 7 AM \u2013 11 PM.\u00a0 Laine will get signs made with updated rules and hours to post at the pool.\u00a0 She will also post on the POF website.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span dir=\"LTR\">REVIEW OF POF LIABIL<\/span>ITY INSURANCE: The review is still ongoing. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">OTHER ITEMS:\u00a0 Tom will have Antonio check the sprinkler at number 4 to see if a basic water system could be hooked to existing pipes.\u00a0 The HOA\u00a0 landscaping crew can maintain basic manual systems only. \u00a0\u00a0Drainage issues are ongoing at unit 19 and the owner in number 18 has sent an email attempting to get these resolved.\u00a0 Cherie will put together a newsletter to distribute to all homeowners \u2013 probably on a quarterly basis.\u00a0 She will send the first draft to board members for review before publication.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span>Meeting adjourned 8:40 .
