Meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Attendees were Jack Benson, Kenneth Johse, David Hicks, Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner, \u00a0Debra Ware and Laine Totah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">New Reports:\u00a0 Debra Ware will be board president beginning January 2019.\u00a0 Jack Benson will continue as vice president, Kenneth Johse will continue as treasurer, and Laine Totah will continue as secretary. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Carol Benson painted the numbers on the entrance sign.\u00a0 The street light by number 26 has been fixed.\u00a0 Kenneth will contact the owners of number 23 to see if they will reimburse the HOA for water used to keep their front area green.\u00a0 Tom contacted Young paving regarding cracks in the new road.\u00a0 They noted these are normal cracks due to excessive heat and rain that we have experienced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">1. \u00a0\u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 Carol reported that the Asian jasmine in front esplanade that was dead was removed by the grounds crew. The crew will put dirt to cover the pipes and we will replant in February or March after the last winter freeze. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 TREASURER:\u00a0 Kenneth presented the financials.\u00a0 No questions.\u00a0 He projects that will be in line with budget for the year. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.\u00a0 \u00a0POOL:\u00a0 The Pool Guys have put the cover put on the pool and it is closed for the winter.\u00a0 Final invoice has been received. Laine will monitor the filters, pump and chlorine over the winter. \u00a0\u00a0We will need to budget for pool resurfacing in approximately 2 years.\u00a0 Cost will be $8,000 &#8211; $12,000.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 Roof work was approved for number 31. \u00a0The board discussed the ACC submission from number 18 and Tom\u2019s proposed response letter.\u00a0 Letter was approved to send by the board.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">OTHER ITEMS:\u00a0 Kenneth suggested that we review the architectural rules at the next annual meeting.\u00a0 Any items that are not currently in compliance should be noted with home owners.\u00a0 We need to make sure any new owners get a green folder with all POF documents.\u00a0 Laine will check with new owner in #3 to make sure he received his and that he will complete ACC form for any exterior work. \u00a0\u00a0Cherie is working on a newsletter.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span dir=\"LTR\">REVIEW OF POF LIABIL<\/span>ITY INSURANCE: The review is still ongoing.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span>Meeting adjourned 7:40 .
