Meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Attendees were Jack Benson, \u00a0Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner, John Cozad, Tom Ostrowski and Laine Totah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">1. \u00a0\u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 Front entrance esplanade was planted with Asian jasmine to replace dead plants.\u00a0 One rose bush will be also be replaced by the grounds crew.\u00a0 Grounds crew will also add Asian jasmine in front area of # 29. \u00a0\u00a0Groundskeeper rate will remain the same for 2019.\u00a0 Year end 2018 bonus of $1,000 approved by board.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 TREASURER:\u00a0 Kenneth sent the financials via email.\u00a0 Board voted to increase dues to $99 per month effective January 1, 2019 in accordance with allowed increase up to 5% as stated in the by-laws. \u00a0We should have a balance in savings at the end of the year of approximately $14,000.\u00a0 Money will be needed in the next two years to complete road patching and sealing in front of units 18 \u2013 30.\u00a0 Pool will also need to be resurfaced in approximately 2 years.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.\u00a0 \u00a0POOL:\u00a0 \u00a0We will need to budget for pool resurfacing in approximately 2 years.\u00a0 Cost will be $8,000 &#8211; $12,000.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 Tom will follow up with final roofing requirements on # 28.\u00a0 Letter will be drafted by Tom and sent to #18 owner regarding skylight that was not approved prior to installation.\u00a0 Notification will be sent to 2 owners to move trash cans to the back of the carport.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span dir=\"LTR\">2019 BOARD MEMBERS:\u00a0 Annual meeting will be held <\/span>Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Carol\u2019s house #17. \u00a0\u00a0Tom will be rolling off the board but will serve on the ACC.\u00a0 Tom will contact potential new board member replacement.\u00a0 Tom will prepare ballot and notice of meeting will be sent out to all homeowners.\u00a0 Email voting will be accepted.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 <span style=\"display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: transparent; color: #333333; cursor: text; font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman','Bitstream Charter',Times,serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;\">Meeting adjourned 8:07 .
