Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Attendees were Jack Benson, Kenneth Johse, David Hicks, Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner, Tom Ostrowski, Debra Ware, John Cozad and Laine Totah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">New Items: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Debra Ware and Tom Ostrowski will need to go to bank to update POF bank signatory cards. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Jack brought forward issue of not having two members of same family on the HOA Board or any POF committee.\u00a0 All board members were in agreement with this proposal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">1. \u00a0\u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 Carol reported that the grounds crew removed the shrub at #18.\u00a0 They also added additional plants in the neighborhood and replaced rose bush in front entrance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 TREASURER:\u00a0 Kenneth presented the financials.\u00a0 Year end 2018 ended with a balance of approximately $14,000.\u00a0 All HOA assessments are current except one.\u00a0 He has prepared year end and proposed 2019 budget for presentation at annual meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.\u00a0 \u00a0POOL:\u00a0 A hard insulated cover was installed over the pool backflow preventer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 Roof work still in process for number 28. \u00a0Tom is planning a meeting to discuss issues at number 18 with the homeowner.\u00a0 Trash can violations have all been resolved.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span dir=\"LTR\">OTHER ITEMS:\u00a0 Annual meeting will be held Tuesday, January 15<sup>th<\/sup> at <\/span>7:00 at Carol\u2019s.\u00a0 Board members will bring refreshments.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span dir=\"LTR\">REVIEW OF UPC<\/span>OMING PROJECTS: Future road maintenance will probably not be necessary until 2020.\u00a0 Pool resurfacing will also be needed around 2020 or 2021.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span>Meeting adjourned 7:52 .
