Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Attendees were Jack Benson, Stacy Light, Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner,\u00a0 Debra Ware, John Cozad and Laine Totah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">New Items: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Proposed new officers for 2019 were presented:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Debra Ware \u2013 President<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Jack Benson \u2013 Vice President<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Kenneth Johse \u2013 Treasurer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Laine Totah &#8211; Secretary. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">John Cozad made motion to approve the proposed officers.\u00a0 Cherie Cotner seconded.\u00a0 All board members approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">1. \u00a0\u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 Carol reported that the grounds were continuing efforts throughout raining season.\u00a0 No other issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 TREASURER:\u00a0 Kenneth presented the financials via email.\u00a0 No outstanding issues.\u00a0 New officers will need to go to bank to update signature authorizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.\u00a0 \u00a0POOL:\u00a0 No issues to report.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 Courtyard skylights for number 31 were approved by ACC.\u00a0 Board voted for approval. \u00a0Tom Ostrowski is still discussing issues on covering skylight at number 18 with the homeowner.\u00a0 These changes should be finalized in the next few months.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">OTHER ITEMS:\u00a0 Debra requested all board members read and review the current by-laws and CCR\u2019s looking for any areas that might be out dated and need review.\u00a0 We also need to review the General Rules posted on the website to ensure that they are not contradictory to any by-laws or CCR\u2019s.\u00a0 We also discussed procedures for welcoming new residents.\u00a0 Someone from the board should provide basic information on website, rules and contact names to any new residents.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">REVIEW OF INSURANCE: Insurance policy renews in May.\u00a0 Debra will review the current policy to see if we need any changes prior to renewal<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">7.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">FUTURE PROJECTS: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">2019: proposed projects include sprinkler system upgrades (approx $1,000)\u00a0 and possible attorney costs if we need to update by-laws or CCR\u2019s.
