Meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Attendees were Kenneth Johse, Stacy Light, Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner,\u00a0 Debra Ware, John Cozad, David Hicks, Jack Benson and Laine Totah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">New Items: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Debra will send another notice to number 28 regarding the trailer in the driveway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Website was updated with current general rules.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">1. \u00a0\u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 Carol reported Antonio is continuing work on weed pulling and trimming branches.\u00a0 She spoke with Antonio regarding current sprinkler system.\u00a0 Some owners have their own systems that they maintain but Antonio is manually turning on all other owner\u2019s water each week.\u00a0 Previously they had researched automation of the system but the cost was too much.\u00a0 John Cozad will get a bid to update the system and report back to the board. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 TREASURER:\u00a0 Kenneth presented the financials.\u00a0 No outstanding issues. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.\u00a0 \u00a0POOL:\u00a0 Pool will be backwashed and the cover will be removed for the season on May 3.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 The board voted on and approved three requests.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">REVIEW OF BYLAWS AND COVENENTS: Board officers will meet on June 2 to conduct an initial review of the current documents and will report to the board. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">NEWSLETTER: Cherie is preparing a new edition.\u00a0 She will include some home owner profiles.\u00a0 It is estimated the newsletter will be distributed in May.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">7.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">FUTURE PROJECTS: <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">2019: proposed projects include sprinkler system upgrades (approx $1,000)\u00a0 and possible attorney costs if we need to update by-laws or CCR\u2019s.
