Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held May 5, 2019. Meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Attendees were Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner,\u00a0 Debra Ware, John Cozad, David Hicks and Jack Benson.<\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1. \u00a0\u00a0GROUNDS REPORT:\u00a0 Carol reported that no tree work was done due to so much rain.\u00a0 The weeds continue to be pulled on an ongoing basis. Debra will send a notice to all homeowners regarding upcoming tree trimming.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>2.\u00a0\u00a0 TREASURER:\u00a0 There is generous amount of money on hand so we will consider putting some into a CD at next meeting. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>3.\u00a0 \u00a0NEWSLETTER: Cherie is waiting on one piece of information and then it will be distributed as a May issue.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 no reports<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>REVIEW OF BYLAWS AND COVENENTS: Board officers will meet on June 2 to conduct an initial review of the current documents and will report to the board. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>6.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>FUTURE PROJECTS: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>2019: proposed projects include sprinkler system upgrades (approx $1,000)\u00a0 and possible attorney costs if we need to update by-laws or CCR\u2019s. ( unknown cost)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

2020-2021: Patching and sealing road by units 18-30 (approx $8,000) \u2013 this project was discussed and we will review the necessity of this work at next meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pool replastering (approx $8,000 \u2013 12,000)<\/span><\/p>\n
