Meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Attendees were Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner,\u00a0 Debra Ware, John Cozad, Laine Totah, Stacy Light, David Hicks and Kenneth Johse.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1. \u00a0\u00a0GENERAL SECRETARY REPORT:\u00a0 New tenants in number 10 were provided with list of general rules and were added to the directory.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 TREASURER:\u00a0 All dues are up to date.\u00a0 One late fee issue was discussed.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">POOL: Will be closed on September 30.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">GROUNDS:\u00a0 Watering issues were discussed with homeowner regarding the watering by the grounds crew.\u00a0 The homeowners have agreed to allow the grounds crew to turn on and water on Mondays.\u00a0 Water in number 23 was turned back on so grounds crew can now water the area there. Carol noted that the sprinklers in the new esplanade do not reach to the far ends.\u00a0 Grounds crew is using a hose from number 3 to water these areas.\u00a0 Carol has asked the grounds crew if they could remedy this.\u00a0 Once we receive the reply we will review the options.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a01)We had a follow up report on unit 18.\u00a0 \u00a0Homeowner and Debra met with the roofer and they are proposing adding another layer of duroplast that looks like shingles.\u00a0 The homeowner will get the quote and fill out an ACC request.\u00a0 If approved it will take approximately 2 weeks to be completed.\u00a0 2)The board discussed the satellite dish that was added without ACC form completion.\u00a0 Debra will contact the homeowner. 3) Debra noted that there are some items in carports that are not appropriate.\u00a0 She will send a reminder email to all owners and renters.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">FALL NEWSLETTER: Cherie is working on a fall edition for future publication.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">FUTURE PROJECTS: <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2019: proposed projects include sprinkler system upgrades (approx\u00a0 $1,000) \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Pool replastering (approx $8,000 \u2013 12,000)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Meeting adjourned at 7:43. \u00a0\u00a0Next meetings will be:<\/p>\n<p>Sunday, October 13, 2019<\/p>\n<p>Sunday, November 3, 2019<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held September 15, 2019.
