Meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">Attendees were Carol Scamardo, Debra Ware, John Cozad, Laine Totah, Jack Benson, \u00a0David Hicks and Kenneth Johse.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">1. \u00a0\u00a0GENERAL SECRETARY REPORT:\u00a0 New owners in number 19 will be added to the directory once their contact information is received.\u00a0 \u00a0A template for parking violations on the street was reviewed.\u00a0 This will be available to all POF homeowners to place on cars that they see that are parked in the street.\u00a0 Jack made a motion that the template be provided to homeowners and Kenneth seconded.\u00a0 Laine will add the template to the website and Debra will email to all.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 TREASURER:\u00a0 All dues are up to date.\u00a0 Kenneth is projecting that we will be slightly under budget for the year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">3.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">POOL: Was closed October 7<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">GROUNDS:\u00a0 The sprinklers in the new esplanade do not reach to the far ends and the grounds crew is currently using homeowner\u2019s water for these areas.\u00a0 Carol asked the grounds crew if they could remedy this but they can not.\u00a0 Board approved Carol to contact the company who installed the system to evaluate options.\u00a0 Carol will have the last street light that is not currently LED updated.\u00a0 Cost should be approximately $125.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Durolast roof option was not approved by the ACC or the board.\u00a0 The homeowner has been notified to use the shingles option that was previously submitted and approved.\u00a0 Debra will contact them and will ask for resolution within 30 days.\u00a0\u00a0 Debra will also contact owner regarding satellite dish placement on roof. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span dir=\"LTR\">ANNUAL MEETING: Meeting will be held on <\/span>January 21, 2020.\u00a0 We are required to give notice 60 days prior which will be around Nov 21<sup>st<\/sup>.\u00a0 This will be discussed at the next board meeting.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">6.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">FUTURE PROJECTS: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2019: proposed projects include sprinkler system upgrades (approx\u00a0 $1,000)\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;
