Meeting was called to order at 7:0<\/span><span id=\"E97\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">0 PM. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E100\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E101\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">Attendees were Stacy Light, Kenneth Johse, Kim Tolman, J<\/span><span id=\"E102\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">ulius Gribou, John Cozad<\/span><span id=\"E103\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">, Cherie Cotner, Jack Benson and Carol Scamardo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E106\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E108\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">November meeting minutes were approved as presented. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E111\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E112\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">TREASURER: Kenneth reported that we had a deficit this year. <\/span><span id=\"E117\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\"> Adjustments to next year budget were made based on this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E121\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E122\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">GROUNDS: All running smoothly. No report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E128\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\">\n<p id=\"E130\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E131\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">POOL: The pool w<\/span><span id=\"E132\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">as<\/span><span id=\"E133\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\"> covered and closed on October 14<\/span><span id=\"E134\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">th<\/span><span id=\"E135\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">. No report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E140\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E141\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE: <\/span><span id=\"E144\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">Julius stated that #19 is planning a complete renovation. He will receive an ACC form once they have completed their final plans. The roof work on #5 will be completed. No additional work is planned for this unit. Julius will look into the POF insurance policy. He will have Debra Ware&#8217;s name removed. Future policy will not include any homeowners specific name. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E148\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E149\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">NOMINATING COMMITTEE: Kim <\/span><span id=\"E150\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">reported that Jennifer Fredericks, Jack Benson and Kenneth Johse will be on the ballot for board member.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E157\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E158\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E159\" class=\"qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-2\"><span id=\"E160\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">NEW BUSINESS: The rental cap and fining amendment was discussed. The board approved via email some minor corrections to the amendment. The vote is due January 11th. The board is monitoring the receipts and contacting owners who have not voted to remind them. Fines have been brought up with many questions that Stacy has been answering. A committee of board members and non-board members will be formed to write and report about fines. Owners of 32 and 14 have requested to be put on the rental list if the amendment passes. Stacy will check into a city grant to use on repairs to our road. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E171\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1\"><span id=\"E172\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">Meeting adjourned 8<\/span><span id=\"E174\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">:05. The annual homeowners meeting will be held Tuesday, January 17th at number 17. Social time at 6:30 and business meeting at 7:00. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E-8680\" class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1 x-scope qowt-word-para-3\"><span id=\"E-8681\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">Next board meetings will be Feb 12 &#8211; Zoom<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1 x-scope qowt-word-para-3\"><span id=\"E-8681\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">March 12 &#8211; Jacks presides at Carols&#8217; house<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1 x-scope qowt-word-para-3\"><span id=\"E-8681\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\"> April 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x-scope qowt-word-para-1 x-scope qowt-word-para-3\"><span id=\"E-8681\" class=\"qowt-font2-Arial\">May 7.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held January 8, 2023.
