Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held April 2, 2023 via ZOOM. Meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Attendees were Stacy Light, Kim Tolman, Jennifer Fredericks, Laine Totah,\u00a0 Cherie Cotner, Jack Benson, Julius Gribou and Carol Scamardo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

March meeting minutes were approved as presented.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. TREASURER: \u00a0 Kenneth sent in the financials.\u00a0 Board reviewed and no questions. Kenneth suggested we move $10,000 to a CD for a 7 month term (until the end of the year) to maximize interest income.\u00a0 Jack made a motion to procure the CD, Julius seconded. The board unanimously approved.\u00a0 Motion carried.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. GROUNDS:\u00a0 Carol reported that all is running smoothly. Ozden attended a meeting at the City of College Station concerning applying for a grant from the city for neighborhood improvements. It covers planting trees and native landscaping. The application is due April 24.\u00a0 This time frame is too soon so the board decided to work on this beginning next year for the 2024 grant cycle.\u00a0 We will need to begin replacing ground cover that died over the year.\u00a0 This will begin soon.\u00a0 Spencer will be coming out to begin tree trimming this spring.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. POOL: \u00a0 The pool will be uncovered the first week of May.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        1. ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:\u00a0 An ACC submittal to tear up a sidewalk and replace landscaping around number 5 was submitted and the board approved.\u00a0 Renovation for #19 is in progress. The temporary sign in front has not been moved yet.\u00a0 Antonio has been out with a back injury.\u00a0 Carol will get with him on this when he returns.\u00a0 Julius drafted emails to be sent to a few owners regarding various property issues.\u00a0 Stacy sent the emails out.\u00a0 All owners responded except one.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. FINING POLICY:\u00a0 The final version of the fining policy was reviewed.\u00a0 Julius made a motion to accept the policy.\u00a0 Jack seconded.\u00a0 The board unanimously approved. Motion carried.\u00a0 This will need to be filed with the county.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. NEW BUSINESS:\u00a0 The management certificate will need to be updated.\u00a0 Stacy will prepare this. Once completed we will need to file this, the rental procedures and the fining policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
