Post Oak Forest<\/span> HOA<\/span> board meeting was held<\/span> <\/span>June 2, 2024<\/span>. Meeting was <\/span>called to order at <\/span>7:<\/span>05<\/span> <\/span>PM. <\/span><\/p>\n

Attendees were <\/span>Kim To<\/span>lman<\/span>,<\/span> <\/span>Stacy Light<\/span>, <\/span>Jack Benson,<\/span> <\/span>Matt Henderson<\/span>, <\/span>Cherie Cotner,<\/span> <\/span>and <\/span>Jennifer Fredericks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kim reported that the pool pump was <\/span>replaced,<\/span> and the pool should be up and running.<\/span> The new owner of #4, Carla Cozad, <\/span>is<\/span> in the process of mo<\/span>ving in.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stacy reported that <\/span>Tom is meeting <\/span>tomorrow <\/span>with <\/span>Antonio<\/span> (landscaper) to work on a plan for neighborhood beautification in order to apply for a Neigh<\/span>borhood Gra<\/span>nt. <\/span> <\/span>The idea is to <\/span>re<\/span>place things that have died in the past <\/span>several<\/span> <\/span>years from <\/span>freezing and drought\/heat.<\/span> <\/span>Antonio will provide a plan and a bid. <\/span>After that, we need 1-2 more bids.<\/span> <\/span>The <\/span>grant request is due <\/span>to the city by <\/span>June 24.<\/span> Stacy and Laine will work on writing up to proposal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grounds Report: <\/span>Antonio<\/span> has finished wit<\/span>h the drainage project behind Units 13 th<\/span>rough 17. <\/span>T<\/span>he <\/span>area was cleaned out and a<\/span> former ditch or trench was <\/span>cleaned out and dug deeper so that water flows down the side between the homes to the street<\/span>, as it did before<\/span>. <\/span>There was no cost to the HOA, as his crew alternated weeks of rou<\/span>tine <\/span>landscaping<\/span> <\/span>with <\/span>drainage<\/span> <\/span>work until the project was completed. Tree trimming was <\/span>completed<\/span> <\/span>and the neighborhood look<\/span>s<\/span> to be in good shape<\/span>.<\/span> A new color b<\/span>ed was planted at the front entrance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kim sent an email to the owner of #4 about the trash in the carport. The rules require construction debris <\/span>to be in a dumpster. <\/span>Jennifer will <\/span>text<\/span> him a reminder<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Matt <\/span>an<\/span>d Becca<\/span> will look into how to take over the POF website and update it. Stacy and Laine will <\/span>help<\/span> <\/span>with <\/span>any <\/span>input<\/span> needed regarding the design<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kenneth was <\/span>traveling and was not <\/span>available<\/span> <\/span>to submit a treasure<\/span>r<\/span>\u2019<\/span>s report. He will provide one upon his return.<\/span><\/p>\n
