Meeting was called to order at 7:08pm

Nov. minutes were read and approved

Agenda:

Prep for annual meeting

Read minutes from Jan, 2012 annual meeting and made small edits

Reviewed 2012 Income and Expenses, 2012 Budget and 2013 Proposed Budget

2012 dues are paid in full

Tim will provide salmon chowder

Bob and Eleanor will bring and appetizer

Laura will bring an appetizer

Rhonda, Kim and Carol will bring dessert

Joyce will bring wine

Kim sent via email an agenda (Road, Budget and Grounds) along with electronic ballot and proxy

Rhonda will copy last year’s minutes and who attended, Eleanor and Laura will copy budget and spread sheet, Kim will update the community roster.  All handouts will be packaged and distributed to community members at meeting.  Send docs for copying to Laura
