POF HOA Board meeting April 6, 2016 minutes
Kim called the meeting to order at 7:05.

Carol gave grounds report stating that Antonio is mulching, cleaning up the yards this week.
Antonio Garcia did the treasury report. We have $74,000 in savings. Everyone is paid up on the monthly dues.
There was a discussion regarding mail being mis-delivered. Kim has called the post office and tried to get a resolution through the mail supervisor.
Kim noted that they put a new LED light in front of her house. The light seems cleaner. We agreed it looks OK. The $125 per year that is given to the homeowners who had a house light might need to be adjusted since these new lights are more energy saving. We will see how they work.
Kim talked to Laura about Joe’s carport. They are supposed to be cleaning it out this weekend. We talked about the deed violation letter that Tom has put together. Tom said the only things he sees in violation are Joe’s carport and a smoker in the driveway at Annelle’s. We agreed that Tom would move the smoker into the storage closet. Joe is supposed to clean this weekend.
Kim noted that normally when a house sells the title company sends a form that we fill out that notes if the current homeowners have paid the HOA fees and that everything is in compliance. That is where we can write on the form that there is a violation for number 26. Tom also thinks we should contact the selling agent and has agreed to do that. He’ll also send a form letter to Peggy and the realtor. If nothing is done we will discuss a fine at the next meeting.
Tom discussed the road. Security gates are a dead issue, they can’t be done because it is city property. We discussed a turnaround for number one, two & three but that we would have to take out too many trees. We discussed narrowing the Esplanade to make it easier for trucks to make the curve. This will take about 3 feet out. This option was agreed upon. We will change the Esplanade and repair the road. Tom will get it started with the contractor. If anyone wants their own driveway fixed at this time by the contractor this might be a good time to do it to save costs. This will be put out to homeowners once the contractor is chosen for the work. The meeting adjourned at 8:25
