Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held April 8, 2018. Meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.

 Attendees were Jack Benson, John Cozad, Carol Scamardo, Cherie Cotner, Tom Ostrowski and Laine Totah.

 1.   TREASURY REPORT:  Kenneth sent information for review.  We are still on target with our budget.

 2.   GROUNDS REPORT:  Antonio will continue to put out mulch in the subdivision in the next few weeks.  Cherie is working with the building owners at the front of POF to get landscaping updated on road entrance.

 3.      ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:  Unit 32 will put plants in patio area instead of building a wall structure.  Many homes have roof damage due to hail storm and the committee is reviewing these requests as received.  Tom will send a notice to number 19 regarding the gutter work that is ongoing.                             

4.      NEWSLETTER:  Cherie is still researching preparing a quarterly newsletter for POF.                                                                                                    

5.      REVIEW OF POF LIABILITY INSURANCE: Jack received the current insurance policy.  Jack and Tom reviewed our current policy and also received another quote to compare with.  The review is ongoing.                                                                                                     

6.      OTHER ITEMS:  Tom brought up installing speed bumps to slow down traffic.  This will continue to be reviewed.
