Going to move forward and check irrigation, level ground, and plant Asian Jasmine in entry median.

Cherie will get a newsletter out later this month and we discussed some items to have in it (placement of trash containers, not to leave junk mail on top of mail boxes so someone else has to pick it up and discard it, invitation to serve on POF board, etc.)
More discussion on #18; Tom will write a letter to her.

Will not be concerned if we only have 8 board members; will function as usual. (Tom will remain ACC Chairman.)
