POF Board Meeting by Zoom was called to order at 7:00pm on Sunday, April 6, 2025

Attendees were Kim Tolman, Jack Benson, Don Lipkin, Julius Gribou, Cherie Cotner, Kenneth Johse, Carla Cozad, and  Tom Light.

Our latest bid for the landscaping is right at $10,000.

We were approved to spend $10,000 and the city will reimburse us for half of these costs ($5,000).

Tom Light reported that landscaping will begin on Friday, April 11, 2025.  Antonio and his crew will be putting in plants, ground cover, mulch, and some rock work will be done.  The Board discussed that roofers will need to cover plants that have been recently added.  The new planting will be in the front of the homes.

Email will go out to neighborhood to set sprinklers to support the growth of the new plants that are going in and to remind roofers to cover the new plants so as not to damage them.

Julius reported that most homes are going to replace roofs in the neighborhood.  The official color for the new roofing material is “Weathered Wood”. If you have any questions, please contact Julius Gribou.

Four of our street light globes were broken due to the hail.  We will replace 4 of them at $110 each.
