On Sunday, June 8th, 2025 at 7:00pm, Kim Tolman called the meeting to order by Zoom.  Attendees were Cherie Cotner, Kim Tolman, Don Benson, Dan Lipkin and Carla Cozad.

The minutes of the May 4th meeting were motioned, seconded and approved as written.

We began with voting to purchase the 4 Victorian Acorn Globes that were broken in the hail storm.  The total with shipping will be $502.73.  Carla Cozad will order closer to the time that Kenneth Johse is back from his trip.

The pool is open and we are using the pool service.

There will be no HOA Meeting in July.

Next Meeting will be Sunday, August 3, 2025 at 7:00pm by Zoom.
