Post Oak forest HOA board meeting was held on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 7:00pm.

Attendees were Kim Tolman, Carla Cozad, Jack Benson, Don Lipkin, Julius Gribou, Cherie Cotner and Matt Henderson.

The February Minutes were approved.   The March meeting minutes will also be posted on the Post Oak Forest website.

Treasurers Report-No Report

Grounds Report- Kim Tolman, Antonio and Tom Light walked the neighborhood to finalize the plans for the beautification project of our neighborhood.

Kim and John Karle checked on pool during our last freeze.

Ground committee also reported that we may not store items on our lots, outside the 40′ x 80′ of our homes as that is owned by the HOA.

Architectural Control Committee-Julius reported that #8 had their siding up and is painted, #32 painting is finished and should complete construction by May.

New Business- Architectural Control Committee will send an email asking homeowners if they would like to share their favorite contractor with association members. We can post a link on our website to access the information.  More to come!
