 Present were Annell, Kim, Bob, Eleanor, Joyce, Carol, Cydney and new homeowner, Jess Fields #14.

 7:13 p.m.  Annell called the meeting to order in the absence of Kim.  She arrived a little later.

Treasurer report.

Brief discussion of road repair/maintenance.

Discussion of entrance signs.  Motion made by Annell and second by Kim to allow Joyce and Carol to make a decision with allowance of $500.

Grounds report.  Agreed to have Carol order water hose/reel for pool area and remove two hoses hanging over fence.  Kim will check with city about wires crossing through dead tree limbs behind #34

Grounds committee is to discuss with Antonio about moving #14 water faucet from front door area to yard.

New resident packets were discussed and our Policy Handbook needs to be reviewed by an attorney before using some of the information, but agreed to include POF website in the packets/folders.
