Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held June 5, 2022. Meeting was called to order at 3:06 PM.

Attendees were Stacy Light, Kenneth Johse, Kim Tolman, Jack Benson, John Cozad, Carol Scamardo, and Julius Gribou.


April meeting minutes were read and approved as presented.


1. TREASURER: Kenneth reported that finances are in good order. Reports reviewed as presented and approved.


2. GROUNDS: Carol Scamardo will remove the grill from the pool area.


3. ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE: Work is continuing on Number 10. Paint color has been proposed. Julius mentioned that all outdoor painting requests should go to the ACC as we are changing all to use darker earth tones when homes are being renovated or just painted. The trailer has been removed from number 28 driveway.

4. NEW BUSINESS: Stacy advised that a Management Certificate has been filed with the county and the General Rules were also filed. A resale certificate fee of $250 was included in the management certificate. This fee is applicable when title companies request a resale certificate from the treasurer. Stacy noted that we are having problems posting to our website. We are looking to hire technical help to resolve this issue. The website is still up but we are unable to post anything to it.
