The POF HOA Annual meeting was called to order by Kim Tolman at 7:05pm. Carla Cozad, secretary read the minutes aloud. The minutes were approved as read.
Treasurer’s report was give by Kenneth Johse.. We ended the year $970 surplus. The POF HOA board voted in a 5% increase in dues to cover the increase for landscaping crew for 2026. The new due amount will be $154.35 per month. We have $26,000 in savings account and $14,028 I our checking account.
Pool Report- We are looking for a new Pool Service Company. When we find someone we expect them to let us know if we need to re-plaster the pool or not. We have had conflicting opinions with our last two pool companies.
We have had Contractors entering our Subdivision damaging the Island in front of Units 1, 2 & 3. We sent a bill to them.
Reminder that we have 3 parking pads in our subdivision where visitors are supposed to park instead of in the street.
Speed limit is 15 mph. Please let your visitors know we take this seriously.
Julius Gribou, the head of our Architectural Committee will be moving this year and we will need someone to replace him on the Architectural Committee with in approximately 6 months from now.
Kim Tolman announced 3 new people were elected to the POF HOA Board and that our Post Oak Forest 2026 Budget passed by ballot.
We introduced the new Post Oak Forest HOA Board Members Don Lipkin, Alan Needleman and Kenneth Johse. Kim Tolman was thanked for her service as president for this past year.
