The meeting of the POF HOA Board meeting was called to order at 7:30pm on January 11, 2026 in the home of Kim Tolman.

Attending were Kim Tolman, Rhonda Watson, Kenneth Johse,  Julius Gribou, Don Lipkin, Stacy Light, and Cherie Cotner.

The minutes from last meeting were approved and seconded.

Homeowner’s Annual Meeting will be hosted January 20, 2026 at the home of Carol Scamardo beginning at 6:30pm for cocktails and begin the meeting at 7:00pm.

We are looking for someone to replace Julius Gribou, on the Architectural Committee as he will be moving as soon as his new home in Traditions is finished.

Rhonda provided a list of pool maintenance people for a couple of areas inside the pool.   We also need to repair the plastic cover over the seating area.

The meeting was adjourned with next meeting scheduled for February 15, 2026.
