The POF HOA board meeting was called to order on October 5th, 2025 at 7:20pm at the home of Carla Cozad, 29 Forest Dr, CS.

Attending members were Kenneth Johse, Cherie Cotner, Rhonda Watson, Tom Light, Stacy Light, Kim Tolman, and Carla Cozad.

The minutes from previous meeting were approved as posted on Post Oak Forest Homeowners Association website.

All street lights are now in working order as a result of Tom Light and Antonio working on them.  Some required new light sensors in addition to new bulbs.

Atmos Gas plans to install new gas lines as needed throughout the neighborhood.  More details to come on this matter.

Antonio will get an extra 1/2 hour per week for 2026 as previously agreed upon earlier this year when he submitted his bid for grounds maintenance.

Pool company is recommending joint sealer and getting rid of algae before covering the pool for the cooler season.

New Christmas decorations are going to be ordered and put up Monday after Thanksgiving with Antonio’s crews help.  Thank you Stacy for this.

We expect at least a 5% increase in dues for 2026.    A reserve fund for capital expenditures is something that has been suggested.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:17pm.

Next meeting will be November 9th, 2025 but was postponed until December 7th, 2025.
