The meeting of the POF HOA Board was called to order on February 15, 2026 by Kim Tolman, President at 7:20pm.

Present:  Cherie Cotner, Kim Tolman, Don Lipkin, Stacy Light, Tom Light, Julius Gribou, Alan Needleman, and Rhonda Watson-VP.

Last meeting minutes were approved.

Kenneth Johse, treasurer submitted his report but was absent.

Don Lipkin was nominated to be POF HOA president.  Vote was seconded and unanimous.

Architectural Committee Report by Julius Gribou.  Jennifer Fredericks has agreed to be on the ACC.

The new dues amount of $154.35 needs to be updated on the POF HOA website.   Remind Kenneth to pay the webmaster in March.

POF currently has 4 rentals.  The owners of rentals are to report to the board names and phone numbers of the renters for our records.

Grounds report by Tom Light reports that the grounds crew will clean behind #10 along the pathway to street to keep it clear for drainage.

Pool Report by Kim Tolman.  Kim and her husband will oversee the Pool for the coming year.  We will look to March for bids on a new pool maintenance company.

Alan Needleman and Kim Tolman would like to organize a community gathering once the pool opens for the spring.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:30pm.

The next meeting will be Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 7pm.
