Post Oak Forest HOA meeting

Kim requested trees, weeding and fill in dead grass patches.

Laura Hendler RE: # 22 and Rental Property

Barbara Moore is in contact with Code Enforcement.  It was suggested that documentation of efforts on behalf of POF are developed to show attempts to remedy the situation.  Kim has created a letter to be sent to the community regarding short term vs long term lease.  Minutes along with the letter will mention the specific code that is in violation.  The hope is to discourage short term rentals by pointing out city ordinance/codes that states you cannot engage in a lease shorter than 1 year.  The city of College Station sent a certified letter requesting that #22 fill out proper documents related to renting her property.  We are allowing 15 days to pass before taking additional action.

Bulk Trash

Advise community members that bulk trash will not get picked up if cars are parked on the bulk trash area.

Current officers were re-elected to serve another term.  Kim Tolman, President, Rhonda Watson, Secretary, Karen Dixon, Vice President and Antonio Garcia, Treasurer.
