Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held November 7, 2021. Meeting was called to order at 5:10 PM.
Attendees were Laine Totah, Stacy Light, Kenneth Johse, Carol Scamardo, David Hicks and Cherie Cotner.
October meeting minutes were approved as presented.
- TREASURER: Kenneth reported that we paid $4,000 for tree trimming. Pool expenses should be finished for now. Utilities are up a bit. We are in good shape for the year. Kenneth will present a budget for next year at the December meeting.
- GROUNDS: Carol reported that the tree trimming has been completed. Antonio and the grounds crew will begin the POF winterizing. Carol asked that we remind everyone that they are responsible for winterizing their own outside pipes.
- POOL: Laine reported that the pool is now closed for the season.
- SECURITY CAMERA FOR NEIGHBORHOOD: Stacy had the camera installed at the front of the neighborhood and the images are showing up well. Carol will check with her electrician to see what the cost would be to wire it directly to the electricity so we would not have to worry about battery replacement. She will report back.
- ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE: We had no activity this month.
- NEWSLETTER: Cherie is having software issues but is still working on a newsletter.
- NOMINATION COMMITTEE: Laine is still working on this. Nothing to report this month.
The annual meeting will be held Tuesday, January 18 at 7:00. Carol has volunteered to host at her home. Next meeting date is December 5th and will be held in via ZOOM at 7:00 P.M. Meeting adjourned at 6:00.
