Post Oak Forest HOA board meeting was held December 5, 2021. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
Attendees were Stacy Light, Kenneth Johse, Jack Benson, Carol Scamardo, John Cozad, David Hicks and Cherie Cotner.
November meeting minutes were approved as presented.
- TREASURER: Kenneth reported that one owner had not paid dues this year. Kenneth has worked out the matter with the owner. POF has reimbursed the owner of number 22 for the plumber bill that was the result of a misconnection of an irrigation water pipe on HOA grounds. The owner of number 22 seeks reimbursement of water bill overage she has estimated. Stacy will follow up with number 22 and a board member will follow up with number 21. Kenneth reported that CD rates are so low that he suggested that we not renew the CD when it comes due. Funds will be put into a savings account that will have a similar rate of return. Board approved.
- GROUNDS: Carol Scamardo reported that an irrigation plumber will come next week to give estimate to correctly connect the irrigation lines and check for leaks.
- ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE: We had no activity this month.
- NOMINATION COMMITTEE: The committee has had one person volunteer and has agreed to put this person forward to fill the vacant board position coming up.
The next board meeting will be January 2 at 7:00.
The annual meeting will be held Tuesday, January 18. Carol has volunteered to host at her home. Social hour will begin at 6:00 PM and the meeting will begin at 7:00.
