May meeting minutes were approved as presented.

Board unanimously approved the ACC submission for number 8 to remove brick column that was not structurally sound and not necessary.

  1. TREASURER:   Kenneth sent in the financials.  Board reviewed and no questions.

  1. GROUNDS:  Carol would like to roll off as the grounds committee chairman.  Stacy proposed that the job be split into three jobs 1) general landscaping 2) sprinkler repair 3) tree trimming.  Board agreed.  We need to find candidates to fill these positions.  Stacy noted that Donal Antil (#11) agreed to handle the tree trimming.  Kenneth, Jack and Carol met with Antonio the groundskeeper.  He is requesting an increase in pay of approximately $10,000 per year.  The board will get bids from a few other companies and then assess whether we will give an increase or go with another company.  Jack and Carol will meet with some others for bids. Jack proposed that we agree with the increase starting July 29 in order to continue our regular maintenance with the caveat that we can change to another company with two weeks’ notice.  Laine made a motion to OK this, Cherie seconded and the board approved.

  1. POOL:    Kim has agreed to take over the pool maintenance next year.  Bob Hall has agreed to help also..

  1. ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:    #4  removed the pergola by the carport and fixed the fallen gutter. They are having an estate sale at some point and have agreed to have all cars park across University drive and not come into Post Oak Forest. Progress is still going on #19 renovation.  #22 approved to replace windows and also rotted wood.

Meeting adjourned 8:00.
